Hello World!

I created this webpage as a little personal weekend project. The last (and the first) time I built a website, I was 13 – and it was pure HTML.

This time, I wanted to see how easy it is to make a webpage in 2025… so I just did it 🙂

And guess what? It was pretty easy.

Honestly? The hardest part wasn’t the building — it was writing the prompt for the AI assistant. You know, the “describe what your webpage should look like, who it’s for” kind of thing. My prompts were vague and the outputs reflected that. So, after a few failed attempts, I closed the AI window and went “old school.”

I started scrolling through predefined styles instead – and that worked like a charm. Seeing actual designs helped me visualize what would fit my page. Eventually, I found one I liked and tweaked it using WordPress blocks (which are surprisingly easy to handle, even if some options are hidden in mysterious corners 😄).

My takeaway?
I highly recommend trying it – not because you need a webpage, but because it stretches your creative muscles. You learn, you experiment, and you get to say, “Hey, I made this!”

And that blank prompt window? Sometimes it’s just not helpful. Seeing real examples can spark ideas in a way text never does.
